为响应国家“一带一路”倡议，加强中斯两国交流与合作，促进中斯文化交流与经济发展，黄冈师范学院中斯文化交流与经济发展研究中心拟定于2019年12月6日-8日在湖北黄冈举办“首届中斯交流与合作论坛”，现面向海内外专家学者公开征集论文。
一、会议主题
本次论坛的主题是“‘一带一路’背景下的中斯合作与交流”，会议议题包括但不限于以下：
1.中斯经济合作现状与发展趋势研究
2.中斯农业合作模式与发展路径研究
3.中斯文化交流研究
4.中斯文化产业合作前景与挑战研究
5.中斯国家语言教育政策比较研究
二、会议时间与地点
时间: 2019年12月6日—8日 （2019年12月6日14:00---21:00报到，8日12：00后可离会）。
报到地点：黄冈师范学院（湖北黄冈市开发区新港二路146号）
三、论文提交：
欲参会者，请按以下要求提交论文摘要：
摘要需包括以下内容：1、中英文论文题目及 3-5 个关键词； 2、中英文摘要（英文 300 词，汉语 400 字）； 3、作者信息（包括姓名、工作单位、联系电话、电子邮箱等）。
摘要提交方式：下载摘要提交表格，填写完成后，以“作者姓名-所在单位-论文题目”命名 word 电子文档名，2019 年 10 月 20 日前发送至大会邮箱rccs@hgnu.edu.cn。
大会组委会将对论文摘要进行评审，并于 2019 年 11 月 1 日前向通过评审的作者发送会议正式邀请函和会议回执的电子版。

Call for Papers
The First China-Sri Lanka Communication and Cooperation Forum
In order to respond to “The Belt and Road Initiative”, the Research Center for China-Sri Lanka Culture Exchange and Economic Development intends to hold “The First China-Sri Lanka Communication and Cooperation Forum”in Huanggang on December 6-8, 2019, aiming to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between China and Sri Lanka, and to promote the cultural exchanges and economic development between the two countries. The theme of the forum is “Cooperation and Exchange between China and Sri Lanka under the background of ‘The Belt and Road Initiative’”.
The organizing committee is excited to invite you to take part in the forum to discuss issues in China-Sri Lanka Communication and Cooperation.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
The current situation and development trend of China-Sri Lanka economic cooperation
Agricultural cooperation model and development path between China and Sri Lanka
Cultural exchanges between China and Sri Lanka
The prospects and challenges of cultural industry cooperation between China and Sri Lanka
5. Comparative study of national language education policies between China and Sri Lanka
Paper submission:
